This article will show you how to enable access to users for reports. When you enable access to reports, you enable access for ALL reports (Communications, Service Requests, and Community Issues). Your site administrators would likely receive the most benefit from being able to access all reporting.
- Navigate to the Management tab
- Select Members
- Select the user's name that you would like to give access to
- Click the Pencil next to Access to Reports
- Check Are reports visible to this user? to enable access to reports
- Click Save
