CP Connect offers detail reporting on communications, service requests, and community issues. The reports can be accessed by going to the Reports tab in CP Connect. These reports can be turned on per client upon request to support.
- Fun reports for custom time periods by entering a start and end date
- Sort columns within the reports to view data in a different order
- Hover over datapoints on charts for its value or additional information
- View reports in Presentation Mode/Slide Show Mode
