Overview
This article will show you how to edit an existing Staff Member's profile information.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Management tab
- Select Members
- Select your desired User
- Click the Edit tool (pencil icon) next to the field you want to edit
- Name: View the name
- Job Title: Allows you to change their job title
- Email Address: View their email address
- Phone Number: View their phone number
- Team: Allows you to change the team they are a part of
- Administrator: Allows you to set admin status
- CPP User ID: Cannot be edited
- Staff Notes: Allows you to view or add staff notes
- Select Save for the item edited
