This article will show you how to edit a Phone Number on your site.
Every CP Connect customer must create one or more phone numbers that constituents can call and text. These phone numbers will forward to an existing phone line of your choosing.
- Navigate to Management on the left-hand side
- Select Phone
- Next to your desired Phone Number, click the Edit tool (pencil icon)
- Change the information
- Name: Allows you to change the name of the phone number contact
- Team: Allows you to change the team
- Phone Number: You cannot change the main phone number
- Forwarding number: Allows you to change the forwarding number
- Enable Call Recording: Allows you to record all incoming calls
- Select Save
