This article will show you how to create a new Global Custom Field. This type of field will automatically be added to ALL Service Request Types, and will not be included in the Custom Fields quantity.
1 The first step is to navigate to Management on the left-hand side
2 Select Service Requests
3 Click Add
4 Add a Label
5 Click Save
6 View your new Global Custom Field
7 That's it. You're done. Your global custom field was successfully added.
