1 The first step is to navigate to Management on the left-hand side
2 Select Service Requests
3 Select your desired Service Request Type
4 Click Add
5 Create a Label
6 Click Save
7 View your new Custom Field
8 That's it. You're done. Your custom field was successfully added to the [Service Request] type.
