This article will show you how to add a new Phone Number to your site.
Every CP Connect customer must create one or more phone numbers that constituents can call and text. These phone numbers will forward to an existing phone line of your choosing.
1 The first step is to navigate to Management on the left-hand side
2 Select Phone
3 Click Add New
4 Add an Area Code to view the list of available phone numbers
5 Select a Phone Number
6 Type **** in Name
7 Select the applicable Team
8 Add a Forwarding Number
- Forwarding Number: Constituent phone calls will be forwarded to this number. This is usually your office's main phone number.
9 (Optional) Select Enable Call Recording
- Enable Call Recording: Select to record all incoming phone calls
- Note: Outgoing phone calls will not be recorded.
10 Click Add New
11 View your Phone Number
12 That's it. You're done. Your new phone number was successfully added.
