This article will show you how to edit an existing Email Address for your site. Emails sent to these addresses will come into CP Connect as communications.
1 The first step is to navigate to Management on the left-hand side
2 Select Email
3 Click the Edit tool (pencil icon) next to your desired Email Address
4 Change the Name
5 Change the Team
6 Cannot edit the CP Connect Email Address
7 Choose the Default Email Address or Your Office's Email Address
8 For the Outbound Display Name, choose the Account Name or use the Staff Member's Name
9 (optional) Add to your Email Forward Whitelist
10 (optional) Add to your Email Blacklist
11 (optional) Click Enable auto-response
12 Create your Auto-Response
13 Click Save
14 That's it. You're done. This email address was successfully updated.
