This article will show you how to send Community Issue information via an Email.
1 The first step is to navigate to Community Issues on the left-hand side
2 Select your desired Community Issue
3 Click Take Action
4 Select Send Via Email
5 Click Search for a recipient...
6 Search for your desired recipient
- Note: If you need to add a new recipient address, just enter the Name of your recipient into the search bar and click Enter on your keyboard.
Recipient Email: Add the recipient's email address, then continue creating the email message
7 Select your recipient
8 To add more emails, click Add Another Recipient
9 To choose a template, click Insert Template

10 Select your desired Template
11 Enter Message content, or modify the Template content, if needed
12 Click Send
13 That's it. You're done. Message was successfully sent.
